We ordered a boat trailer to be made in January. We were charged 50% ($2850,00) as a down payment, and were told that it would be ready in 7 weeks. 7 weeks came and went, the company was very hard to get ahold of, we were told 2 more weeks a few times. Now they do not answer any of their phones. Do not return phone calls. Do not answer emails. No response what-so-ever.
Last week there was a messege on their web site saying that they were going out of business and being investigated for fraud. This week their web site is back up and looking like they are back in business. The Attorney Generals Office Oregon's web site has 4 complaints against them, plus any waiting to be posted, (I filed mine more than a week ago). When I called the Chamber of Commerce in Wilsonville, the lady there said, "oh. We have had a lot of calls about him!"
