I purchased a Gucci wallet from this seller May 1. The advertisement for the wallet was incorrect, it stated the wallet had 11 card slots and it had only 7. Chres Home & Gifts does not post its return policy on the Amazon website so I contacted the seller directly. It took two emails and several days before the Chres Home & Gifts responded to my question about how to return the item. Carleton explained the error on the website and stated I had 14 days to return the item. The response from the seller had already used up several of these days. I then noticed today May 14th, that the address for the seller was not on the receipt and not in the seller's email. I had to send yet another email today asking for the address to return the item. This is very poor customer service. My concern is that the Chres Home & Gifts will not accept the return because they delayed their response and did not provide complete information for me to comply with their return policy.
