I called today to complain about the continuity program charges, which I did not remember seeing on the purchase page where my credit card number was given. I was told that the information was printed on the PACKING SLIP for the DVD and Ball. I believe our State Attorney General's office has dealt with "orders" like this and since he is a friend, noted that I would be contacting them.
A supervisor finally said they would credit the add-on web club and vitamin charges in 7-10 days.
