I ordered the close combat training dvd's. After a few months of this I decided to cancel my membership. According to the policy on the website, it states that you have to either call them directly by phone or fax them a request to cancel the membership. I have made several attempts over the past couple of months to call the number provided during the hours listed. (Monday-Friday 9-5 EST). All I get is a recording tell me to hold on, then no one ever answers. It also says to fax a request to the number provided and I did, but I still haven't been contacted regarding this matter. They have been charging my credit card monthly for this and I have even tried to put a freeze on my credit card for their transactions. Nothing is working and I don't know what else to do. I have emailed them several times but cant get any one to contact me. Im very aggrevated.
