I purchased this product, and it simply won't stay activated. Whether or not you reformat. You either own a license to install or not. Now, customer service did "reset" my activation once before - and they were friendly. However, this keep happening again and again, even without formatting. Gave up - uninstalling and marking it as a "LOSS." I should have researched more before I purchased!
