I feel i have been seriously mistreated by this company. I took my computer there for repair on the 28th Feb. They diagnosed the supposed problem and said it would be about a week;which then became 6 weeks. During which i phoned every week as they said they were waiting for parts. They being Denise, whom i know now for sure basically runs defense for the supposed owner a man called Sean, whom is never there and will not return a call for anything. Also you will not get his phone number at all.
They finally on or about the 1st of April said its ready. I went and picked it up and took it home after parting with $524.93. As soon as i plugged it in at home the same problems were occurring. I took it back the day after. They said this is unusual and kept it to investigate. A week went by so i phoned. They will never return a call or call you. I finally got Sean who said the computer had an inherent fault and could not be repaired. I demanded satisfaction and he said he would think about what to do. My husband attended the store on the 11th of April and after much discussion Sean agreed to return 460.00 dollars to my credit card by the coming Friday which was the 16th of this month. No money, no call, no nothing. My husband attended the store again today the 28th of April to be told the real owner had overridden Seans decision and we were in fact getting nothing.
At which point, Denise broke into song and dance about how she was sick of the way this company conducted their affairs but she needed the job. I couldn't get out of her who the real owner is if that's even true, so here i sit no money, no computer, no satisfaction. I have the paid receipt here in my hand for all too see and hope that someone can help me or will at least not fall into their trap themselves. So i dare you all to call them and unless Denise is the best actress in the world i'm sure she cannot deny the truth printed here.
