Owner involved in fraud, "solicit[ed] more than $14-million from investors"

It appears to be that the same guy, Shaun McErlean, that is running these companies has been and likely still is involved with highly questionable business practices. Check out the articles in the Financial Post, it would appear that everyone should steer clear of this company!
