Charge totaling $4.93 to my debit card which was unauthorized

An unauthorized charge to my checking account via my debit card was made on April 11. I have no idea what this company is and this is a fraudulent use of my debit card. I want to be reimbursed for this charge and seek to file charges against this company and its employees
