This company was going to give completely everything. We told them everything that we get from comcast. Yes, comcast isn't that great, but they mislead us. They were waiving fees and giving us all premium channels, local channels, two boxes for $5.00 "on demand" type of things, etc. Etc... internet and phone. They pretty much sold us for the first three months = $35.99, after 12 months it was going to be $113.99 taxes. Cool... Awesome... SWEET! Furthermore, I said can I talked to my fiance over this to make sure I'm not getting screwed. The man said that if I called back they would have to do another crfedit check and that would cost $300 extra. What?!?!?!? Wow... I was losing my patience. Yet, all the shananagans I went through for an 1 hr and a 1/2.. They transferred me to the bundle department (oh might I add that they checked my credit to see if I qualified = paying $19.95 for the first time fee for today...) where the technician told me that there was no internet access in my area from their company. WHAT?!? Then I called back and asked for my money back and I don't want the service... The tech there said it would take 23 business days... Then hung up on me on purpose. I called back and spoke to a supervisor and asked for my money back and he said I would get it in 72 hours. Fine. I'll settle.
