I have worked for this company for almost 2 years. Coming in the door during the interview
I was told how I would be able to apply for other internal positions, after a year, about there time off policies etc. My first sign of this companies cruelty to employees was when My daughter had a H.S. Graduation. The supervisor denied my request and said that it wasnt that serious and that I could come in right after the cerimony.??? Eventhough I had family members in and planned events etc. I took this to HR, and also told them about how I was threatened with a write up if I didnt show up.??? The H.R. Had all the info in her face and still didnt do a Damn thing.
I soon applied for a first shift position only to be called in the office and denied by a supervisor saying I had a lateness issue, eventhough I never had any documented warnings or write ups for being late.
