I bought from FragranceShop.com in January. Them I bought described a-3 item collection having a bright transporting case. When my purchase came there is no bright carrying case only a cheap plastic container. Therefore, I approached the organization and tell them their ad was deceptive which I needed to come back the item. I delivered the merchandise back inside the one month return policy. FragranceShop.com obtained the return on Feb. 18th it's today Apr. 16th. I had been never given credit for that return. I'd to document a challenge using the lender. Subsequently FragranceShop.com posted bogus info towards the lender declaring they didn’t problem credit towards the Mastercard card I employed for the purchase. They released credit to an Amex card closing in 1001. To begin with, it was my first purchase with this particular organization. I've never applied every other credit line with them just my Mastercard. I don’t actually own an Amex card. I am so confused on wherever they got these details from. I worked with Natazia the "Customer Support Advisor" at FragranceShop.com.in the beginning, she appeared very useful but after I attempted to describe to her they released credit towards the incorrect card. She stop all conversation with me. Then posted bogus info towards the lender to prevent issuing credit. The financial institution corrected the cost within their benefit. To reopen the present challenge I'd to supply written down correct paperwork supporting my state. I also involved a duplicate of the initial bill, following info and all my mail communication with this particular organization. Up to now I've yet to get my credit for that return. FragranceShop.com held the return and my income. Ideally, the financial institution reviews my notice and removes the charge-back in my own benefit. This really is therefore annoying all I'd like is my cash back. I am creating this criticism simply to alert any audience to BEWARE!!!
