Allen and Associates claim to provide a high-powered, professionally managed, personal marketing campaign aimed at companies that are thoroughly researched for the purpose of securing interviews and job offers. For $1,000 to $1,400, they promise to create a great resume, a marketing letter, and have a marketing campaign manager market your professional skills. They claim to have a 96% placement ratethat is a complete lie, and in fact they do not even have a method to track such a metric.
What is delivered? A mediocre resume straight from a Microsoft template, a list of companies from a public source of companies doing business in a specific geography, and a mail-merge mailing. Absolutely no research is performed on the companies. The letters are mailed to the Executive on record without regard to if that is the correct target person or not. They provide no personal attention, or coaching, or any help whatsoever in securing a job interview.
It's a complete RipOff. Stay clear of this company.
