The neighbors who remain unidentified in court documents are suing Casco and Cardenas.in May the neighbors were on vacation when they got a call from a guard at their gated community. A man was at the gate, and said he made an appointment with the wife, according to the civil lawsuit.
The neighbors found that someone created a fake MySpace account about them, which included a cropped photo of the wife, pornographic language, photographs and rap music...
"The page falsely portrays 'Jane Doe' (a psychologist) as a swinger 'and' porn star, who loves to star in 'pornographic movies, '
The couple called Irvine police, who tracked the source of the MySpace page to Casco's law firm. Police discovered that at least 14 erotic Web pages and advertisements were posted on the Internet between April and November some which invited joint sex with Jane Doe and her mother-in-law.
The false postings resulted in numerous calls and e-mails from different men who wanted to have sex with Jane Doe. The family has moved out of their home for fear of sexual predators
