I had a very good experience in dealing with the customer service from this company. I appreciate that they were effecient and polite. I was never given a hard sell and the price quoted was exactly what I paid. The driver who delivered the POD was very concientious about my property and gave me good, clear instuctions for the use of the POD. It is SO RARE these days to have a completely positive experience when it comes to a large company and you have to speak to customer service on the phone. Good for PODS for remaining connected to their customers.
