I was purchasing ingame currency and never got my product. I was asked over and over again to send them a picture of my credit card, ID and something with address on it.
I even used my paypal to pay for this, but they said that the name I used when they called me to confirm it was me who ordered the product was different then my paypal so I explained why that was and thought we were ok.
Well the lady who called hung up on me really fast then sent me a message through our chat and say who is this other name, again I explained to her why that was and it was me.
So I took the pictures of my ID and a bill to show them I am who I am and she kept telling me no that I cant see it can you send me a picture of your credit card again I told her now I dont feel right about it I have paid you with my paypal that is a secure site what is the problem.
At this point I have asked for the refund since they have already been paid through my paypal and they are telling me now you need to talk to a manager, I have asked for the last 4 days to let me speak to him and they keep telling me he isnt in.
