Order a scooter on June 24 Wrote a check for $4250.00 was deposited the next day in his account. He said it was order that same day but I feel he used my money for a cussion. He said the tryke would be in 2 weeks and 3 at the very most. Will the time came and went. And no tryke he said it was because of the oil spill at that time. I had called time and time again same answer. I called every week Angie has wife call me the first of sept and said they had a Tryke on the dock at calf. She said this one would come with a trunk and a few more extras if I wanted that one I said great since I had waited so long to get it well like the rest of their promises it did not have a trunk or any thing extra. I told them that they should give me one but that did not happen either. He brought the Tryke to my house. And supposed to give it a final check over. The first time I took it out it still was not running like it should. So he brought me the mirrows which he did not put on. And said he was going to get a different carborator. So it came in he just knew that was going to take care of the problem. Well it didn't, so he kept telling me he do what ever it would take to get it running and promised me he would take care of the problem and make me happy.
Well I have found out his word is not worth much. Last time I took it out we were 6 miles out and had to fine someone with a trailer to get us home. Called that same day and he said he would come and get it well I gave him a week and when I tryed to call back and his phone was disconnected and his shop doors locked up. I found out he had a PO Box at the post office sent him a certified letter he kept picking up his other mail but left the pink slip in the PO Box So here I set with a moter scooter in the garage that won't run.
