Marc Flamer of I.J. Morris Funeral Directors persuaded my father to signal a to prepay for their own funeral plans. He adopted my father house in the funeralhome to obtain a check in the place of permit him to send it to him. Flamer informed my father he had thirty days to alter his brain and obtain a complete reimbursement (as previously mentioned within the agreement). 14 days later my dad passed a termination notice towards the assistant in the funeralhome that he was handed a reciept and informed to anticipate a check within thirty days. It's been more than 5 weeks and he's nevertheless not received his reimbursement. He's named many times of these weeks and it is usually informed to anticipate a check inside a couple of days. Marc Flamer hasn't delivered some of his calls. After I named the funeral home today on his account I had been provided the amount of a business that I had been informed addresses "trusts" for I.J. Morris. After even more lost moment, I then found out that I used to be delivered on the wild goose chase since the corporation hadnot paticipated in virtually any new company with I.J. Morris since 1994! I.T. Morris' parent organization has evidently been managing their very own trusts since that time.
