I ordered the Buffalo 50 dollar gold piece. When I received it, it had "copy" engraved on it, so I returned it to the company. I sent it with Delivery Confirmation, and it showed when they received it back.
I have sent 5 emails looking for a refund. Instead, they continued to debit my account each month. I do online checking and seldom check what has gone through my account. I was shocked to see them billing me even after getting the product back. What are they billing me for? I have received nothing else from them. They owe me over 200 dollars. I will put a stop payment at the bank today, but they have already robbed me.
