I personally use to rent a cc final from Upper Rental I finished the rent in 2006. On 2/01 I visit a $150.00 cost was on my bank account from their website. I challenge it with my bank, the bank informs me used to do not challenge it in a regular issue (needed to be in twenty four hours based on the bank) following a time about the telephone using the Lender (Wachovia) they'd not reverce the costs. After I named Upper Rental they make reference to my lease para bah bah bah they review the consideration and that I owe some back-tax remember its been 5 years since I have finished the rent. The financial institution informs me the one thing I will do is document a scam compaint using the lender of course if I reduce I woud don't have any Option. Makes me feel just like Wachovia in in parteners together. Tomorrow I try the scam path using the lender. Very last thing Upper Rental never delivered any notice simply had the resources eliminated.
