On 3-7 bought track phone card at Dollar General on 71 South in Fort Smith, Arkansas. When tried to redeem air time at home that night got a text that pin was not vailid. Took into Dollar General along with recipt and phone at Mansfield and spoke to the clerk Cathy. She took excessive time while checking in deliveries, had me waiting for almost an hour standing while I am disabled on a cane with bad back and legs. Used up a 1/3 of the time that I'd purchased while she was making calls from my phone and had it on hold checking in the deliveries.
