I wanted to update my original complaint that i posted back in Aug- Sept. I never received my order they cashed my e check and i couldnt get a hold of anyone on phone. Well after numerous calls and about 40 mins on hold i finally got through and sweetly asked them about my order and what my options are. I asked for a refund and it took them literally 45 days from that phone call but i did get it back. I so wanted to scream at them but i knew that they unfortunately had the upper hand. So from original order which was July to money refunded Oct i did get it back! Hope this helps.
