Has charged my mastercard 2x when i cancelled before had i even spoke to them over the phone 1 month ago the number no lognger works

They ripped me off 76.62 and I returned the item and then cancelled any further orders then they charged my mastercard 76.46 again. Now i can not call them cause they changed the number.
