Roger Adams Falsifying Buy Back Guarantee, $2,608 offered $600.00 and would not honor that offer after 2 weeks of use

To rip off an fixed income elderly person is criminal. This company is like an opportunistic infection.
The cost was $2,608 for the stair lift, deliverly at an ungodly hour of 7:30 pm of an 89 year old woman.

When she failed in her health 2 weeks later, I called and requested a buy back quarantee they promised and now they offered $600.00 to buy back. With a loss of $2,000 in 2 weeks. Then after 3 phone calls they refused to call back and pick up, let alone buy back.

So the cost of the chairlift, was lost. Mom is in a nursing home, we need the money. This company lies and steals and does not keep their word. So beware of AMERIGLIDE out of Raleigh and Roger Adams.

Go with another company, this is not a valid company for the elderly or the handicapped.

We are going to donate it to a vet, in need and lesson learned and I will continue this matter on every online site I can.

I am the voice for Dot and any other elderly, handicapped individual, seek another company.
