Inadequate EF Durand Tenor Saxophone

In brief, I have received the tenor saxophone brand: EF Durand, with the wrong neck to the saxophone. The saxophone that I purchased was supposed to be brand new.instead, I have received a defective saxophone. I have briefly informed USA Music Supply's eBay account about the defective saxophone.in which they sent have sent me a saxophone neck replacement. Afterward, more problems started occurring. Pads started falling off by quantity and the finger pearls also began to fall off. Simultaneously, I found out that there was an air leak in the saxophone and a little dent on the elbow.

There was supposed to be a two year warranty that was advertised with the product but none of that is true. Great Tunes Direct contacted me and told me to send the saxophone and retrieve it as well pay insurance all on my account plus shipping going and coming. This came to a total of 150 dollars. The whole saxophone cost 269 dollars without shipping. I plead to the manager responsible and the president responsible and the chairman responsible for Great Tunes Direct to take responsibility for their defective saxophone and stand behind their products 100%.

The manager and the president and the chairman represent their products, EF Durand instrumental, and should correct their own defects with a new tenor saxophone.

If there is no response to replace the tenor saxophone, EF Durand, I shall take my complaints to a higher authority.
