$9.99 Monthly Charges for Suscriptions I never sign up for. Melbourne

This company has been charging my ATT Wireless phone (s) for subscription I did not signup for. The charges are for $9.99 a month and listed under ATT bill as Pure Luv Alets (Straightline Content Provider ID no 15605). The charges are presumed to be for Screen savers and wallpapers but the actual link to their website is for love connection and porm solicitation. I had not subscribe to such website or text messages, I am too busy for this kind of garbage. This company is a FRAUD even the owner's name is funny John Smith.

My cell phone is for business and I want to put a complaint and be refer to someone that can take care of this matter.
