I have been trying to have all of my personal identifying information and cell phone number removed from a former employers web-site for the past 8 months to no avail since I resigned my position back at the end of July. To this date, I continually get business related calls, calls forwarded from their in house communications system, forwarded messages about freight moves, freight delays, drivers seeking delivery instructions, drivers lost, transportation companies seeking payment for loads that were moved in good faith but not yet paid from back in November of last year and on and on. Here's an excerpt from the VP of Finance, Mrs. Tami Moore Weingartner recently: "The website is getting reworked. It should be up and running soon. I no longer have the access information for the account." Also, she stated: "I've not kept your name on the website against your wishes... If you wanted it removed... You should have contacted me directly." It should be noted that I have been attempting to have this situation corrected since August 1 through various contacts within the appropriate company chain of command starting with my former immediate supervisor to no avail. I have also sent several formal complaints directly to Moore Logistic Services, LLC web-site host Go-Daddy as well for their review and further investigation. Someone needs to step up to the plate and get this matter resolved TODAY!
