I purchased a 3 volume DVD set that was supposed to contain 57 discs. When I picked up my package at the post office I saw that it came from China and I knew I was in trouble. They were all pirated DVD's. Plus I was missing 1 volume of the set and those that were sent me to me, half of them did not work in my DVD, blue ray, laptop, and desktop computer.
I jumped online to get in touch with this company and noticed they have no direct email, phone number, or address that you can get in touch with. They only have a "Contact Us" button on their webpage, so I filled it out and got a response back.
The girl who answered me back (from a GMail address no less) said they couldn't send me another set because there weren't anymore available, yet they're all just copies of an original disc. She then said it wasn't a 3 volume set they just hadn't updated the webpage but I have everything listed. NOT TRUE I AM MISSING SEVERAL EPISDOES THAT THEY HAVE LISTED because they didn't send me the 3rd volume.
The girl then said I can get a partial refund if I sent them back or I can keep them and recieve an 80% refund and as a goodwill gesture receive back and additional $70, this all made no sense to me and I told them I should be entitled to a FULL refund, the discs sent were copies, the set wasn't complete, and half of the discs didn't play.
This company is fraudulent all the way around. I hope something can be done, I'm going to go through my credit card company for a refund since I haven't heard anything back from this company in 2 days now.
