Horrible, Misleading and Terrible Customer Service

I booked a "Name your own Price" for a hotel in "Savannah, GA" and when my confirmation came back for a different City, I was confused and somewhat upset due to the fact that I was going to have to go through the trouble of contacting them of the situation.

After speaking to first guy about how I wanted to stay in the city I selected not another. He said he was going to transfer me to management but he said all he could do was say all reservations are final but he understood my concern. So after speaking with a rude supervisor that pretty much said the same thing, that all reservations are final and there is nothing she could do - she too, said she understood after reviewing my search criteria. I wanted a hotel in Savannah not another city 42 mins from the location I needed to be in. I really wanted to use priceline to book at a closer location but after the customer service and the misleading search criteria, No more business from me or my business. A complete different city folks, no refunds, not even a change in hotel location. Horrible!
