I purchased an item on Jan 23rd from Sunlove.Biz. When I confirmed the purchase, I read that It would take a couple days to process and a few days before it was shipped out. I have tried calling several times and I have never been able to talk to an actual person. A recording comes on that says to leave a message but then says the mailbox is full... It has been full for the last month. I have also sent e-mails and have never received a response. I recently found out that I am not the only one who has gone through this. Many other people are not getting there items. I am worried that I will not get my product and be out $70.00. Could you please look into this for me. Thank you.
