My son who attends Greentree middle school was accused of stealing another students MP3 player. After he was searched and no evidence of the MP3 player was found he was then suspended via inhouse. He was the allegeded theif as several students with no evidence, stated he was saw with it however my son was not in the classroom at the time it was stolen. My son has had several behavioral issues in the past and because of this everytime something happens and he is around, he is a suspect! This is only 1 of many incidents that have taken place and he was accussed. The funny part is, no adults were around at the time this happened so the school officials are going off the childrens assumptions. Everytime I call to speak to someone, i am never able to get the full story and am told because all of the kids are sticking to the same story he is going to be reprimanded. My question is why was the MP3 player on school premises in the first place? My son's celluar phone was taken from a school official named Mr Allen on an assumption that he may contact me to let me know what was going on because they did not do a good job of keeping me in the loop! This is clearly a state of a child having a stigmatism behing his name and I would appreciate some assistance behind this, Thank you!
