Business Services Online has placed charges on our account and manipulated the audio file to sound like someone agreeing to charges. I was not the person on the other end agreeing to this.in addition when we went to the site that we supposedly opted into, we were not even listed on it.
They owe us a credit back of $639.20 in back charges. I wish I had looked the bill over sooner. It wasn't until I had to get the monthly bill reduced that I noticed it.
I called my phone company and they explained that these phone scams come in all the time.
