I purchased 17 (YES I SAID 17!) for Christmas gifts in 2010 and EVERY SINGLE PERSON I gave them to has had the same complaint! The clasp simply will not stay clasped! I personally think this bracelet is a great product but has VERY POOR DESIGN. I am very very dissatisfied...
