Do not use this company. I recently made a purchase from BLOOMS TODAY. Long story short, the company called my girlfriend (recipient) to confirm address, instead of me. The flowers were a suprise, so they ruined the surprise by calling her and not me prior to arrival. AND on top of that the flowers were wilted and looked like SHIT. The bow looked like a 4 year old tied it and the flowers lasted about 2 days (if that). I called the company and spoke to a manager with no success. They basically said "Im so sorry". That was it. They offered no money back or even credit. I will never use this company again, and recommend that NO ONE USE BLOOMS TODAY FOR THEIR future flower purchases...
