We have bought a Phillips TV and still under warranty so the last 3 months Phillips had someone to come look at our TV which was pro TV auto services they came out twice couldn't fix it so they said to contact you guys and it would be fixed we have had no TV for 3months now and paying cable bill when we cant event watch TV Phillips was suppose to contact me within 72 hours from upper management which they said they have sent it to corporate and the guy name was Dave but they have not called yet I called today to see what was going on because the where to call me today and they said they don't have the number to cooperate and they just have a email please give me call and let me know what to do or what your are going to do to replace my TV. The day I called was Febuary the 8th and said to wait 72hrs and it been 72hrs and till nothing I called today which is Feb. 11th and still no answer this is becoming bull sh* fix my d* TV would ya...
