Corporation credit card scam! Ripoff!

Cr BankCorp took $149.00 out of my account on yesterday the 8th of January. I've been trying to reach them and all I get is a recording stating that there aren't any customer service reps. Available. I would like to get my money back. I will be filing a police report today.
