Food Quality and management handling of verbal complaint

I stopped for lunch at noon today. I ordered a sandwich and a 'Smoothie". The sandwich was excellent as always. The Smoothie was an extremely poor quality product. 1. It was very small for the price of $2.29.2. It has little to NO flavor and the color was toward gray rather than strawberry red. 3. It was watery from the ice melting in the drink... It did not measure up to the photo/advertising... IT JUST DID NOT MEASURE UP TO USUAL MC DONALD QUALITY.

I asked to see the manager to advise him/her about the low quality product. A sloppily dressed, very overweight person approached me and asked if I had a problem. I described the product I received to her. She responded with a very uninterested attitude, asked me if I did not like it and I said that it was very low quality. She repeated her question two more times, rather than treating like a valued customer with a concern. I saw that she had NO interest in me as a customer, as though I was a bother to her... I felt I was wasting my time. I left the premises, dissatisfied with the product and the treatment I received by MacDonalds management representative.

I hope that you train management staff better than that one. My regard for the quality of the McDonald's organization dropped very low. There are many other places I can choose the next time rather than McDonalds.
