Kathy Minch, of Minch Cleaning hired an employee without doing a backround check. She also did not have her girls bonded. Without my knowing Kathy hired someone that had three prior warrents out for her from Merri Maids. She cleaned my house the first day of employment and stole 6200.00 of jewlery from me. One of the pieces was a ring my dad gave me the other piece that was really important to me was a antique necklace 100yr. Old. I never got them back. Kathy did not give me her insurance information so I could put a claim in. Her girls also broke some things in house also, she has not made an attempt to make good on this either.
