This SO-CALLED Cable company changes channels & channel guide often without consent of subscribers, to make matters worse and with NO COMMUNICATION TO SUBSCRIBERS AT ALL OF CHANGES, OR DOWN TIME, OR OFF TIME, OR WHEN CABLE VIEWING WILL BE BACK UP AND RUNNING!

Channel viewing often down:
For the past few days and very often, cable and channels have been down and today the entire system cable viewing is down, this is the third day in a row it has been down and I would be asking for a credit if I was you, WTF!!!
Channels Change Without Notice OR Worse, Without Subscribers Consent:
This company doesn’t ask US THE SUBSCRIBERS, IF WE AGREE IN HAVING 30 sports channels and 20 news channels, children channels, foreign channels and 5 channels that repeat themselves on two different channels viewing, OR when those same channels should be another channel as per the channel guide, and how come they don’t have FOX Business but have Aljazeera TV??? WTF, but then they get remove HLN!!! They should keep FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, HLN, CTV, and the rest of the local NEWS broadcasts, after all we live in TORONTO!!! AND BRING BACK THE SUPER CHANNELS that gets pushed down when new added useless channels are replaced AGAIN WITHOUT SUBSCRIBERS CONSENT OR REQUEST. How about some common courteous and send out a vote, or a system of some kind to see what we want!!!
On the ONLY POSITIVE SIDE, we do get great channels for cheap, BUT this cable company seems to be getting most of its channels comprised of splitting the one paid service from the following for example; Bell, Rogers, Dish view etc., and some online streaming channels (evident at night during changes-we recorded what was done online directly by the owners direct PC live as he / she was performing changes) that one can get themselves, yes its time consuming another positive to going with accelerated BUT if its down then what’s the point and how is it that we cannot get another cable provider such as Rogers as some of us cannot use a dish due to the direction required in using one.
Overall, okay if you like cheap but you get what you pay for, something like no choice / communism approach to life, sucks at times doesn’t it!!! Also this company doesn’t respond to any complaints OR any phone calls OR any emails!!! Is this person even in this country???
Suggestion:
Complain to get resultsto the crtc and advise bell, rogers dish network and all of the companies so that they are aware, you knows this may be illegal of what they are doing lets find out!!! But it will take many complaints not just one so if your sitting at home saying to yourself that someone else will complain i don't have to, don't go and complain but complain effectively, going to the office will get you nowhere they are limited with limited info of what they are told or trained to say. They don't know, evident by the whois search above.
