I appeared with Officer Bell today in Superior court and he took an oath to tell the truth to the citation he gave to me and another vehicle at the same time on July 12. He told the judge he never gave the other vehicle a citation for excessive speed and following to close and he told my witnesses in the vehicle he did. I am appauld the state would pay the wages of such a liar and he is no different the the aveage criminal in jail. Shame on him and the company he works for!
