I visit IHOP #4639 at least once a week and sometimes more. I have found the owner sometimes very disrespectful to his customers and workers. He needs to have a more professional attitude towards the customers and the workers. I don't see how he can run a business. He should be rated poorly... Maybe an "F" rating would wake him of his public skills. A concerned customer
