I am a Georgia Consumer who trusted an Ahghanee car dealer to do buisness with, little did I know I would be involved with a deal full of fraud and Scandal. September 17 I purchased a vehicle from JordanAuto Sale I have had the vehicle in my posession for four months and are unable to obtain a tag because the dealer will not register the vehicle. After two monthsof not being able to get myvehicle registered I was advised by the lien holder to discontinue any car paymrnts until issue is resolved. After calling Jordan Auto Saleseveral times to try and rectify this situation things only got worse.
Because I discontinued one month car payment as advised by the finance company an employee of Jordan Auto threatened to repossess my vehicle and keep my down payment, and at this timethis same employee has notregistered my vehicle and obviously didnt have any intention to. After a breif debateI told theindividual that since he cant register my vehicle to give me back my down payment and I would gladly give him his vehicle back.
Three weeks after leaving the dealership an employee of Jordan Auto Sale sent a man inpersonatiing an officer of the law to my home threatening my family andattempting to reposess my vehicle after uncovering that this man was a fraud I told him to leave my home immediately and that the real police were on their way.
After speaking to the employee at Jordan Auto Sale that I felt was responsible for the whole ordeal, admitted to fraduently activity in more than one way but he will soon be suprised when served with a court order to appear in Civil Court because he is being sued.
