We took them to court, and were awarded Judgment, granted a Default Judgment, and a Writ of FIFA. Which is still uncollected. There is zero argument as to whether they owed the disputed amounts. The judge ruled 100% in our favor. The current balance is estimated at $100,000.
This company then quickly moved out of state and has avoided vendors.
