We stopped at a Mobile Gas Station today. Gas has just gone up and was $3.49 per gallon here and elsewhere. There was No water in any of the window washing containers (garbage in one), no paper towels at any of the many pumps, squeegees were there! Each island had a sink with faucets. Ours was stopped up and filled part way with brownish orange filthy water and faucets were shut off. I was able to wet the squeegee at the nest island's sink. My husband said the bath room was clean! I think a little more service equipment is expected at a mobile or exxon station.
