Undelivered Box outside the country. (overseas)

I paid $290,00 to delivery a box with personal belongs to my familyin Brasil and up to now that was not delivered and company listed does not give me any answer or better, they keep pushing away the resolution of this matter which has been over 07 months and I dont have my belongs and the money I spent to buy them. I need a intervention of this department to solve this matte
