Ordered a dog hat from Howlin' Moon Dog Sports Store on 9/10, as of today 10/17 still not item. I've sent emails with no replies, tried calling the number, which doesn't work, and am at this point very frustrated! They were quick to bill me and then ignore me. I wish I would have known about this site before hand because I would have saved myself a lot of time and energy. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charge and report this company to the BBB. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There are better ways to give away free money.
