I just came across this site and wanted to let everyone know that my experience with Pods was a good one. Maybe I was just lucky, but the customer service person was very helpful and everything went exactly as she said it would. We moved to Florida from Pennsylvania and saved about $1000 over the amount it would have cost to use a full service mover (I got a AAA discount). Everything arrived on time — unbroken! — and there were no surprises. I have no problem recommending them.
