Not Paying Employee's their OT: They have known that employees have worked overtime and did not pay them their overtime pay. When making them aware they give a run around story
Closed Door Policy: They had an open door policy but they said you must speak to your supervisor first even if you don't feel comfortable.
Writing Up: They are constantly writing people up and firing them due to them not keeping good records of absences and more.
Safety: The employees found out that Encompass was locking them in when there was bomb threats and just recently they allowed them to go outside and stand on the side the building but that is still against Safety codes. They lock the Emergency Exits. We work at small crammed desk that are used by several people causing viruses to spread around and circle the area. They do not clean the desk at any time and we do not have our own headsets but use ones that are used by other employee's.
QA: This is a group that is to monitor you of how well you are doing your job but they seem to be focused on how poor you're doing your job. They flaunt big gifts and promotions in front of you saying if you get 100% QA but mark you wrongly so that you don't. The only people getting the bonuses are their friends. If you get lower scores they can fire you but if they mark you off incorrectly and you show them it's incorrect they refuse to change the score and now you are not allowed to debate you score.
Stress: They raise their voices to employees, make rude comments and downright harass their employees and most of the workers there have gone into anxiety attacks and more are on med's for it. Our information that we are to know every day consensually changes and they do not give us time to read through information or train us on new information but if we do not know it, it could affect our job. We have little supervisors to take a call if it's escalated so we must keep checking back with an upset customer yelling at us and if we don't that could affect our job.
Policies: They have a policy where even if you have a doctor's note you still receive 1 day absent points for being absent. They want you to go to the doctor but they had no insurance for the longest time and now that they do have insurance it's too expensive for any employee to afford.
Wrongful Termination: They let go of a lot of people there because of the wage they were making. Another case was they let go of a Supervisor because an employee was stealing from the company.
This company has no heart and they are continuously abusing their employees. Previous employees have thrown rocks at the building smashing windows, bomb threats, and sued them for their acts. But nothing has changed.
