I had order a necklace for my husband for necklace. They asked for a down payment of $20 I called the store to see if the had my order in the color I wanted they said yes when I got there they told me. They had sold the one I wanted that they thought it was me but I think he lied. He said. To take one of the ones he had to see if my husband would like it since he wanted a black on I wrapped the present and on 12/25/10 I told my husband we could go see if they would exchange for something that he likes but when we go there they told us that they won't exchange or give me a refund and did not give me my $20 I gave the first time they told me the owner could make his decisions the way he wanted to. I asked to speak with him but he won't take my calls and they keep on hanging the phones i don't know what to do
