First, I survive Social Security (cannot afford to reduce anything).

Second, I purchased Birthplace Medical Health Insurance online in March

Next, I visited clinic in May by having an illness from having a flat biopsy. A healthcare facility posted a state to Birthplace.

The next month I obtained a statement in the clinic, I approached Birthplace customer support, they explained I had a need to obtain a notice of Crediteable Protection from my prior provider. And so I named UCT customer support and requested them to send that notice, they truly did not understand what birthplace intended but might contact them to locate out. Ok, great. The next month I obtained another statement in the clinic... NOTHING WAS PAID.

And So I returned on the telephone to Birthplace looking for out that which was happening... They explained they hadnot obtained the notice of Creditable Coverage. I named UCT again,

Anyhow, to create a lengthy history smaller... This continued for just two or 3 more weeks. Lastly, I then found out that Birthplace desired another notice from another provider that I formerly had just before UCT... NO BODY explained this for all weeks!

Today, ultimately Birthplace gets another notice from all my prior companies. Nevertheless Birthplace has not paid something.

Therefore ALL NOW, BIRTHPLACE HAS NOT ACTUALLY CONTACTED ME OR A HEALTHCARE FACILITY, appears like they are preventing the scenario... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Finally, late Nov early November I chose to alter insurances to Humana to begin in January. Since Birthplace did not worry about something or their clients,

I changed businesses.

Today, because birthplace has not compensated something, i requested for a refund of $1071.00 ($109.00/mo.)... They refused! For your reason stated in my experience from the customer support boss "they (birthplace) had obtained statements and inquiries from doctors attempting to submit a statement. Today thru all my phone calling, i came across an individual at hammerman & gainer, which gives homelands statements... That birthplace and hammerman & gainer had acquired 'all' the creditable coverage characters many months ago and they (hammerman and gainer) had refused to pay for anything on these statements, because of 12 months creditable coverage... I did so not know this whatsoever (when, i bought the birthplace insurance, no body actually explained about 12 months coverage)... He explained, that they approached birthplace and told them that hammerman & gainer wasn't going to pay for anyhing, no body called and informed me. Bad customer support again! Additionally, i'd asked this guy to send me all of the claims they had gotten to be paid, he explained "that might be 'no' issue but, they did not have "any" statements to be paid... Never had gotten any!

All these weeks birthplace continues to be taking out $109.00 per month rather than paying anything and never telling me they were not likely to pay anything until my year was completed in march.

Now because i've gone ahead and transformed businesses, and "birthplace hasn't compensated something" i'm that iam eligible to a refund of my $1071.00

There are certainly a ton other activities that birthplace hasnot completed, way too many to create down below (this really is currently too much time) I believe, that I've attempted to accomplish all they requested for... And like I stated, I survive SSI and cannot afford to provide my income away to somebody that's provided me the run-around, NOT AGREE?
