Senior Citizen received a mailed envelope that had "SECOND NOTICE" in all capital, red letters typed on its cover, and the words, "OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION" and "REQUIRES IMMEDIATE RESPONSE" typed on the front (both vertically & horizontally!)
The typed letter inside the above-described envelope had "OFFICIAL DOCUMENT" inked on the front of it, and it gave a 'pending' Sweepstakes ID Number 'assigned' to the addressee, with a toll free # that the receiver of the letter was "urged to call."
The letter was signed by "E. WRIGHT" (Sincerely, of course!) and it was stated that the prize would be awarded to the letter's recipient after "receiving your executed affidavit."
On the back of the letter was listed the "STRIKE IT RICH VII SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES, " which included a background check at the Sponsor's discretion, too!
